Sunday brunch with the girls

April 7th, 2012

Loving this soft, glitsy and edgy table setting. Soft peach-pink hues with gold accents and black/navy chevron print napkins for that graphic punch. Totally chic! While originally from a wedding in Minneapolis, I think it would make a fabulous look for Sunday brunch with the ladies.

The understated gold accents and simplicity of this table setting makes it super easy {and affordable} to pull together. Measure length of table and cut a roll of wax paper to size. Layer a garden rose fabric as a runner over it. The candle sticks can be found at Ikea, $15 for a set of three. Gilded flatware from Bed Bath and Beyond, scalloped dinner and salad plates from Home Goods. The brass goblets can be found in most thrift stores for under $3each.

He entered the fashion industry in 1907 and his revolutionary garments, including the Delphos gown that “emphasized the female body in motion” (Fortuny website) as both elegant and versatile. The gown

What are some of the cool properties of bamboo? Bamboos are among the fastest growing plants on earth – recorded growing up to 39 inches in a 24-hour period.

Bamboos are also considered the world’s most ancient grasses, dating back some 30 to 40 million years, according to Bamboo For Gardens. Capable
