Contemporary Filaments Lamps by Scott,Rich and Victoria
January 9th, 2011 | by Wirginia Brad | When I first saw these filaments lamps designed by Scott, Rich & Victoria I thought of a physics lesson. They make you think of all kind of experiments that take place in a physics laboratory. The filaments create an image of oddness, of something undefined or of something that has not been discovered yet.
The white and black colours that are used suggest the same idea.Their shapes and colours are combined in a way that they create an image of classic and modern at the same time. When you look at it, the first impression is that of the existence of a classic lamp invented by well known Edison. But the British designers developed this classic image into a modern one.If you are a person who loves science, who is attracted to the unexpected, the unknown or new things, then these types of lamps are the right choice.
